Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Beheerder Groen, Bomen, Water en Spelen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het duurzaam in stand houden van de openbare ruimte op het gebied van groen, bomen, water en spelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het areaal schoon, heel en veilig blijft. Daarbij ligt je focus voornamelijk op het operationele beheer: het voorbereiden, begeleiden en controleren van beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Voor tactische en strategische vraagstukken werk je nauw samen met de Senior Beheerder Groen, die verantwoordelijk is voor beleidsontwikkeling, lange termijnplanning en integrale beheerafwegingen. Als beheerder Groen, Bomen, Water en Spelen: - Voer je de vastgestelde beheerplannen uit en vertaal je deze naar concrete werkzaamheden en een uitvoeringsplanning. - Houd je toezicht op de staat van het areaal en signaleer je tijdig onderhouds- en vervangingsbehoeften. - Bewaak je de kwaliteit, veiligheid, functionaliteit en onderhoudbaarheid van groenvoorzieningen, bomen, watergangen en speelvoorzieningen. - Ben je aanspreekpunt voor de directievoerders en toezichthouders voor de beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden door interne medewerkers en externe aannemers. - Zorg je voor actuele beheergegevens en leg je inspecties, onderhoudsmaatregelen en bijzonderheden vast. - Organiseer je de baggerwerkzaamheden en ben je aanspreekpunt voor de directievoerders en toezichthouders - Lever je vanuit de beheerpraktijk input aan projecten en plannen om een goede beheerbaarheid van de openbare ruimte te waarborgen. - Bewaak je de voortgang van onderhoudsbudgetten en signaleer je afwijkingen aan de senior beheerder. - Stem je operationele vraagstukken af met de Senior Beheerder Groen, die verantwoordelijk is voor de tactische en..
