Ook in deze moeilijke tijden blijven wij investeren in nieuwe medewerkers voor in de productie en elektrotechniek, leerlingen voor onze technische mbo-opleidingen en stagiaires voor nu en in de toekomst. - goede balans tussen werk en privé - regie op eigen ontwikkeling We vragen - afgeronde mbo 4 - focus op kwaliteit - daadkracht in ad hoc situaties Waarom Tata Steel - 1500 voetbalvelden techniek - bijdragen aan de verduurzaming naar groen staal - maakindustrie met een tastbaar product Dit ga jij doen Als beheerder HVAC afdeling van Onderhoud civiel en constructie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden aan verwarming, koeling en sanitaire installaties (HVAC) op het terrein van Tata Steel. Je hebt daarbij een breed werkgebied, zoals fabriekshallen, opslaghallen en kantoorpanden. Denk hierbij aan het laten plaatsen van een nieuwe koelinstallatie op de kranen of het verzorgen van het onderhoud aan de luchtbehandelingskasten. Het is een uitdagende functie, omdat je met veel verschillende stakeholders te maken hebt. Je stemt af wat de prioriteiten zijn en waar je de planning eventueel op moet aanpassen. De aansturing en opdrachtverstrekking gebeurd grotendeels via SAP meldingen, maar ook door fysiek in het veld aanwezig te zijn. Als er problemen ontstaan help jij mee met het bedenken van oplossingen. Ieder jaar stel je het meer jaren onderhoudsplan samen met de technisch specialist voor het volgend boekjaar. Dit doe je voor diverse fabriekshallen en kantoren binnen jouw toegewezen zone op het terrein van Tata steel IJmuiden. Als beheerder HVAC bij Tata Steel: - Begeleid en controleer je de processen bij het plaatsten van nieuwe installaties - Communiceer je met interne en externe partijen voor een goede afstamming. - Droog je verantwoordelijkheid voor een zone op het terrein waar de werkzaamheden plaatsvinden (zone verdeeld werkgebied) - Combineer je binnen met buiten, je wisselt b...
