Jouw opdracht

De beheerder IT en OT is eindverantwoordelijk voor het beleid, de visie, de coördinatie en de kwaliteit van alle ICT- en OT-systemen binnen de organisatie. Hij/zij ondersteunt de directie beleidsmatig en zorgt ervoor dat technologie duurzaam, veilig en doelgericht wordt ingezet ter ondersteuning van de opdracht van de organisatie.

Algemeen

  • Coördineren en prioriteren van alle IT- en OT-opdrachten binnen de organisatie.
  • Afstemmen van IT/OT-initiatieven met organisatiedoelen, zorgvisie en overheidsvereisten.
  • Fungeren als brugfiguur tussen zorg, ondersteuning, directie en techniek.
  • Opvolgen van planning, capaciteit en voortgang van IT/OT-activiteiten.
  • Voorbereiden van beslissingen voor directie (keuzes, risico’s, budgetten).

Domein 1 – Beleid en visie

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van de IT- en OT-visie en het bijhorend beleid.
  • Vertalen van organisatiedoelen en zorgnoden naar concrete IT/OT-strategieën.
  • Structureel in kaart brengen van IT/OT-noden van teams en cliënten.
  • Financieel en strategisch advies aan directie (investeringen, lifecycle, TCO).

Domein 2 – Training en opleiding

  • Ontwikkelen en coördineren van een organisatiebreed IT/OT-vormingsplan.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en consistentie van opleidingen.
  • Stimuleren van correcte en veilige integratie van IT/OT in zorgprocessen.

Domein 3 – Technische taken (sturend en toezichthoudend)

  • Vastleggen van technische standaarden, architectuur en beveiligingsprincipes.
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor: – Netwerkbeheer de regie en aansturing van het extern belegde netwerkbeheer, inclusief het aanspreken van de betrokken dienstverlener op prestaties, kwaliteit en continuïteit.. – Back-upstrategie (af te spreken met netwerkpartner) – informatieveiligheid binnen het vakgebied in overleg met DPO
  • Beslissen over escalaties en structurele oplossingen.
  • Beleidsmatige opvolging van Europese regelgeving op het gebied van cybersecurity en data, in nauwe samenwerking met de DPO (GDPR, NIS2,…) .

Domein 4 – Administratieve taken (coördinerend)

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor gebruikersbeheer, inventaris en documentatie.
  • Coördinatie van IT/OT-bestellingen, contracten, licenties en herstellingen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in ICT, informatica.
  • Microsoft 365 heeft geen geheimen voor je en je bent snel vertrouwd met eventuele nieuwe software-pakketten van de organisatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in ICT-beheer.
  • Ervaring in een VAPH-context of zorgomgeving is een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met zorgtechnologie is een meerwaarde.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

  • Kennis van wetgeving (GDPR, NIS) is een sterke troef.
