Functieomschrijving Een wagenpark dat volop aandacht nodig heeft, onderhoud dat ingehaald moet worden en processen die slimmer kunnen: precies daar ligt jouw uitdaging. Als Wagenparkbeheerder breng je overzicht, zet je acties uit en zorg je dat voertuigen én intern transportmaterieel veilig en inzetbaar blijven. Een zelfstandige functie voor iemand die graag regelt, vooruitdenkt en problemen oplost voordat ze groter worden. Wat ga je doen? Als beheerder van het wagenpark krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige wagenpark, van bestelauto's en vrachtwagens tot heftrucks en reachtrucks. Er ligt genoeg om direct mee aan de slag te gaan: achterstallig onderhoud moet worden ingehaald en het beheer kan een stuk overzichtelijker en professioneler worden ingericht. - Onderhoud, keuringen en reparaties plannen en coördineren voor bestelauto's, vrachtwagens en intern transportmaterieel; - Overzicht creëren in onderhoudsplanningen en zorgen dat achterstanden stap voor stap worden weggewerkt; - Alle bijbehorende administratie, registraties, keuringsgegevens en onderhoudshistorie actueel houden; - Schakelen met garages, leveranciers en onderhoudspartijen en gemaakte afspraken bewaken; - Samenwerkingen en prijsafspraken kritisch bekijken en waar nodig verbeteringen voorstellen; - Meedenken over nieuwe processen en werkwijzen, onder andere rondom veranderende eisen voor chauffeurs en tachograafgebruik. Geen dag verloopt helemaal volgens planning.
