Regio Noordoost-Brabant Meer details Beheerder Wegen en Civiele Kunstwerken Opdrachtomschrijving Als Beheerder Wegen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheren van de wegen en civiele kunstwerken binnen de gemeente, evenals de gladheidbestrijding. Je houdt hierbij rekening met het spanningsveld tussen prestaties, risico's, kosten en de wensen van inwoners. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar beheer- en onderhoudsplannen en stelt meerjarige maatregelenplannen op. Een belangrijke taak is het waarborgen van goed assetmanagement: je houdt de data op orde, hebt de kwaliteit en risico's in beeld, en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste maatregelen op het juiste moment en met de juiste middelen worden uitgevoerd. Werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van beheer- en onderhoudsplannen voor het gemeentelijke wegennet van circa 430 km en uitvoeren van assetmanagement. - Samenwerken met disciplines zoals riolering, groen en verkeer om meerjarige onderhoudsplannen te creëren. - Fungeren als belangrijke opdrachtgever voor het team Realisatie en Beheer bij het uitzetten van opdrachten en aanbestedingen op het gebied van onderhoud en herinrichting van wegen. - Toetsen van nieuwbouwplannen op toekomstig beheer en nauw samenwerken met beheerders, beleidsmedewerkers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders. - Actieve deelname aan regionale samenwerkingen en projecten op het gebied van wegbeheer. - Bijdragen aan kerngericht werken en behandelen van vragen en leefbaarheidsinitiatieven vanuit de gemeenschap. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van beheer, toezicht, civiele projectleiders en beleidsmedewerkers. Het team hecht waarde aan integraal samenwerken, met respect voor ieders inbreng en gericht op het creëren van een duurzame en aangename leefomgeving waarin de inwoner centraal staat.
