Als Beheerstechnicus in Rotterdam werk je aan het beheer en onderhoud van complexe technische installaties binnen de infrastructuur. Je houdt overzicht over de werkzaamheden op meerdere locaties en combineert technische voorbereiding op kantoor met werkzaamheden in het veld. De techniek bestaat voor ongeveer 80% uit elektrotechniek en 20% uit werktuigbouwkunde. Werkzaamheden omvatten; - Je bewaakt het overzicht over alle werkzaamheden op diverse locaties; - Je stelt teams samen voor projecten en stuurt op planning, materialen en veiligheid; - Je pakt complexe technische vraagstukken op en werkt hierin nauw samen met de projectleider; - Je voert overleg met Rijkswaterstaat en werkt samen met objectdeskundigen, assetmanagement en partners binnen de werktuigbouwkunde; - Je bezoekt de verschillende locaties om installaties te bekijken, werkzaamheden te bepalen en technische situaties te onderzoeken; - Je werkt vanuit het kantoor op de Maeslantkering Noord in Hoek van Holland. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de zuidkant van de Maeslantkering en de Hartelkering. Hierdoor heb je een combinatie van technisch en organisatorisch werk op kantoor en praktische aanwezigheid in het veld. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken bij een grote technische dienstverlener die actief is binnen de Nederlandse infrastructuur. In Rotterdam en Zuid Holland werk je aan technische installaties binnen belangrijke waterwerken. Je werkt zowel vanuit kantoor als buiten op locatie en krijgt te maken met verschillende technische disciplines. Binnen de projecten werk je samen met technici, projectleiders, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers.
