Van complexe storingsoplossingen tot strategisch preventief onderhoud, jij zorgt ervoor dat installaties altijd betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven presteren. √ Een aantrekkelijk startsalaris tussen de €3.500,- en € 4.800,- bruto per maand exclusief eindejaarsbonus. √ Naast 25 vrije dagen ook 12 ADV dagen om te zorgen voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé. √ Uitgebreide mogelijkheden tot het volgen van geavanceerde trainingen op het gebied van installatietechniek, elektrotechniek of managementvaardigheden. √ Werken op één locatie waar geen dag hetzelfde is en jouw collega's zorgen voor een leuke en professionele sfeer. Als beheertechnicus ga je je bezig houden met: - Onderhoud en beheer van complexe werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, zoals warmtepompen, luchtbehandelingsinstallaties, koelinstallaties, verlichting, beveiligingssystemen. - Verhelpen van complexe storingen en uitvoeren van reparaties op locatie van de klant. - Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde inspecties en het testen van installaties na onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Correct afhandelen en rapporteren van werkzaamheden in de administratie. - Nauwe samenwerking onderhouden met planners, werkvoorbereiders en andere technische specialisten om een hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening te waarborgen.
