beheertechnicus-tot €5500pm BOJV05169 Functie omschrijving Als beheertechnicus ben jij de sleutel tot het soepel functioneren van de panden die jij beheert. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het onderhoud van zowel werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische installaties efficiënt en effectief wordt uitgevoerd, met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Je hebt niet alleen technische kennis, maar ook de leidinggevende kwaliteiten om je collega-hulptechnici en externe partners aan te sturen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden op tijd en naar tevredenheid worden afgerond. In deze rol krijg je de kans om zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit te voeren en direct betrokken te zijn bij de technische staat van onze objecten. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte rapportage van je bevindingen, zodat alles goed wordt gedocumenteerd en gecommuniceerd, zowel naar onze klanten als intern. Je hebt een proactieve houding en begrijpt het belang van het naleven van de huisregels binnen gebouwen, jij bent tenslotte de gast. Daarnaast ben je bereid om samen met je team storingsdiensten op te nemen, zodat ook buiten kantooruren de storingen snel en adequaat worden opgelost. Je rapporteert aan de objectmanager en geeft operationeel leiding en aansturing aan servicetechnici, hulptechnici en subcontractors. Functie eisen Een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding met diverse vakgerichte opleidingen/cursussen. In het bezit van een VCA-diploma. Bekend met NEN3140. 3-5 jaar ervaring als technicus. Leergierigheid en een servicegerichte instelling zitten in jouw DNA. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, gericht op samenwerking. Rijbewijs B.
