Als beheertechnicus speelt u een belangrijke rol bij het beheren van klimaatinstallaties in grote utiliteitspanden in de regio Leiden. Deze installaties omvatten verschillende aspecten, waaronder verwarming, koeling, luchtbehandeling en regeltechniek. Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het verhelpen van storingen, het inventariseren en offreren van kleine reparaties of installatieaanpassingen, en het verzorgen of begeleiden van de uitvoering van deze werkzaamheden. Daarnaast stelt u rapportages op waarin u de technische staat van de installatieonderdelen beschrijft, en indien nodig advies geeft aan de eigenaar. U rapporteert aan de serviceleider van uw afdeling en bent bereid om storingsdiensten te draaien. Het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardig werk is essentieel, aangezien dit ons visitekaartje is. In uw functie is het belangrijk dat u over een brede technische kennis beschikt, met name op het gebied van klimaatinstallaties. U dient bekend te zijn met verwarmingssystemen, koelsystemen, luchtbehandelingssystemen en regeltechniek. Hierdoor kunt u storingen snel en efficiënt oplossen en kleine reparaties of aanpassingen aanbieden en uitvoeren. Uw technische expertise stelt u ook in staat om de technische staat van de installatieonderdelen te beoordelen en deze informatie helder en duidelijk te rapporteren aan de eigenaar, inclusief eventuele aanbevelingen. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat u goede communicatieve vaardigheden bezit, omdat u regelmatig contact zult hebben met collega's, klanten en leveranciers. U bent in staat om duidelijk te communiceren en uw werkzaamheden en bevindingen effectief over te brengen.
