Ben jij een ervaren servicetechnicus of beheertechnicus die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het optimaal functioneren van gebouwgebonden installaties? In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat installaties veilig, efficiënt en storingsvrij blijven draaien. Je werkt in een omgeving waar techniek en dienstverlening samenkomen en waar jouw expertise direct zichtbaar resultaat oplevert. Hoe ziet jouw functie als Beheertechnicus Gebouwgebonden Installaties eruit? Als Beheertechnicus Gebouwgebonden Installaties ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van installaties op locatie. Dit gaat om zowel werktuigkundige als elektrotechnische installaties in gebouwen. Denk hierbij aan Luchtbehandeling, koelinstallaties, perslucht, noodstroom, verlichting en brandmeldinstallaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en installaties continu worden verbeterd. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen. Jouw werkzaamheden als Beheertechnicus Gebouwgebonden Installaties bestaan uit: - Beheren en onderhouden van gebouwgebonden installaties zoals klimaat-, elektrotechnische en meet- en regelinstallaties; - Lokaliseren en oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud; - Analyseren en optimaliseren van installaties door het afstellen en verbeteren van regeltechniek; - Aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs bij onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en vastleggen van afspraken en bevindingen; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan een hogere kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
