Wordt Beheertechnicus bij de grootste technische dienstverlener in Nederland Jouw uitdaging als beheertechnicus Als beheertechnicus binnen de installatietechniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klant. Je komt veel op locatie en zorgt dat de gebouw gebonden installaties altijd in topconditie zijn. Daarnaast beheer je de juiste uitvoering van onderhoud, handel je storingen adequaat af en stuur je op tijd de juiste monteurs aan. Ook onderhoud je nauw contact met je klant, kent de situatie als geen ander en legt gemaakte afspraken duidelijk vast. Verder stel jij kwaliteit voorop, komt afspraken na en zorgt dat de klant 100% tevreden is zonder daar Unica bij te vergeten. In deze functie werk je naast je rol als aanspreekpunt actief mee in de uitvoering van het onderhoud. Wat biedt Unica jou? Als alle seinen op groen staan nemen we je direct in vaste dienst. Een fijne (elektrische) leaseauto die je ook privé mag rijden. Je werkt binnen een straal van 50 km rondom de vestiging. Genoeg tijd om op vakantie te gaan met 25 vakantie- en 13 ADV-dagen Ja, ook hier draaien we storingsdienst maar gelukkig is deze hybride ingeregeld. Of je kiest voor één week storingsdienst per 4-8 weken of 1 dag in de week met af en toe een weekend. Onze planning denkt met je mee. Zit je een keer in de knoei met je werktijden, dan wordt er in overleg flexibel gekeken naar de mogelijkheden. Fietsvoordeelshop en nog veel meer. Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou Als beheertechnicus ben je klantvriendelijk, zelfstandig en een teamspeler. Daarnaast vragen we van jou: Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 bij voorkeur richting installatietechniek of werktuigbouw; Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de installatietechniek Representatief, stressbestendig, flexibel en enthousiast; Gericht op maximale in- en externe klanttevredenheid Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Jouw team Unica Building Services beheert en onderhoudt alle gebouwgebonden installaties om onze klanten te verzekeren van een comfortabele, duurzame, veilige en gezonde omgeving. Wij coördineren het totale beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen. Daarnaast voeren wij keuringen en inspecties uit. In Groningen werkt een team van ruim 30 medewerkers dat snel tot praktische oplossingen komt waar onze klanten blij van worden. We zijn open, eerlijk, nuchter en hebben veel voor elkaar over.
