Wat ga je doen? Voor een technische organisatie zoek ik een ervaren beheertechnicus die zorgt voor goed onderhouden gebouwen, installaties en terreinen. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks technisch beheer en het oplossen van storingen. Je werkt servicegericht, houdt systemen actueel en zorgt dat werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de juiste procedures worden uitgevoerd.

Je analyseert meldingen, schakelt leveranciers in waar nodig en lost kleinere technische problemen direct op. Ook begeleid je onderhoudswerkzaamheden op locatie en zorg je dat werkvergunningen correct worden verwerkt. Tijdens controlerondes beoordeel je de staat van installaties en koppel je jouw bevindingen terug. Daarnaast zorg je voor een nette administratieve afhandeling in systemen zoals Planon, Maximo en het gebouwbeheersysteem.

Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s. Je bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, handelt snel bij calamiteiten en signaleert verbeterpunten. Met jouw technische kennis, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte houding draag je bij aan een goed functionerende omgeving.

- Uitvoeren van technisch beheer en onderhoud aan installaties, gebouwen en terreinen; - Analyseren en oplossen van meldingen en storingen en inschakelen van leveranciers; - Begeleiden en coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, inclusief werkvergunningen; - Uitvoeren van controlerondes en terugkoppelen van bevindingen aan Planning & Control; - Registreren en afhandelen van werkorders in systemen zoals Planon, Maximo en het gebouwbeheersysteem; - Bewaken van veiligheid, naleving van procedures en juist handelen bij calamiteiten; - Signaleren van technische verbeteringen en helder communi
