Als Beheertechnicus RVB ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van verwarmings-, ventilatie- en klimaatinstallaties bij diverse klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten als het gaat om de technische staat van hun installaties en zorgt ervoor dat alles altijd optimaal functioneert. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en schakelt waar nodig met collega's en leveranciers. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd en uitdagend. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit, analyseert storingen en lost deze vakkundig op. Daarnaast adviseer je klanten over energiebesparende maatregelen en mogelijke verbeteringen aan hun installaties. Je bent betrokken bij de inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe systemen en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar de klant. Ook het bijhouden van technische documentatie en het rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden hoort bij jouw takenpakket. Jouw taken in het kort: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan RVB-installaties; - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen en technische problemen; - Adviseren van klanten over energiebesparing en optimalisatie; - Inbedrijfstellen en testen van nieuwe installaties; - Bijhouden van technische documentatie en rapportages; - Samenwerken met collega's, leveranciers en klanten.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. De organisatie investeert actief in opleidingen en certificeringen, zodat je altijd op de hoogte blijft van de nieuwste technieken en ontwikkelingen. Denk aan cursussen over warmtepompen, hybride systemen en slimme regeltechniek. Ook is er ruimte om door te groeien naar een rol als senior technicus, coördinator of specialist binnen een specifiek vakgebied.
