Een baan boordevol - Impact : met goedwerkende Werktuigbouwkundige (en gedeeltelijk Elektrotechnische) installaties draag je bij aan een veilige locatie en een gezond klimaat bij de kantoorlocaties van Alliander in regio Haarlem/Leiden. - Ondernemerschap : samen met de Maintenance Engineer stel je een locatie plan op en je zorgt voor een tijdige en juiste uitvoering van daarin opgenomen onderhoud en projecten. - Samenwerking : je band met collega's is hecht, maar zeker zo goed is je band met de klant plus onderaannemers. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goed verloop van het onderhoud. Jij gaat het maken Als vaste Beheertechnicus op één of meerdere locatie(s) bij Alliander in jouw regio (focus op regio Haarlem/Leiden), stel je samen met de Maintenance Engineer het locatieplan op en je zorgt voor tijdige en juiste uitvoering van het daarin opgenomen onderhoud en projecten. Door de gebouwinstallaties (soms ook met WKO!)) optimaal te laten functioneren ga jij verspilling tegen en draag jij bij aan de energietransitie. Je schakelt hierbij zelf eerstelijns op locatie, maar schakelt ook specialisten in als dit nodig is. Jij bent het technisch geweten van jouw locatie! Hoe je dat doet? Zó: - Je bent het technisch inhoudelijke verlengstuk van het contractteam op jouw vaste klant locatie(s) en je leidt collega's op. - Je hebt veel contact met de klant. Je stemt af wanneer jullie je werkzaamheden uitvoeren en beantwoordt alle vragen. - Storing? Dat zal je toch niet gebeuren op jouw locatie! Die zorg je dan ook zo snel mogelijk op. - Je stemt intern het werk af en je schakelt zelf onderaannemers en collega's in voor. Jij bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat!
