Der Bereich "Für Menschen mit Behinderungen" richtet sich an erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiver und Mehrfachbehinderung mit dem Bemühen um ein gutes Maß an Lebensqualität in allen Lebensbereichen. Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten sucht für die Werkstatt in Mank 1 Behindertenbetreuer*in für Menschen mit sehr hohen Unterstützungsbedarf.

Arbeitsausmaß: 18 WoStd.

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort, Karenzvertretung

Aufgabenbereich:

Die Werkstatt bietet Menschen mit Behinderung Arbeitsmöglichkeiten und Lernfelder unabhängig von der Intensität des Unterstützungsbedarfes. Wir machen Angebote, erwecken Wünsche, verfolgen gemeinsam Ziele gemäß ihren beruflichen Interessen.

Was wir erwarten:

* anerkannte Ausbildung für die Behindertenarbeit: Fachsozialbetreuer*in, Behindertenfachbetreuer*in, Pflegeassistent*in.

* eine positive Identifikation mit der Caritas insgesamt und ihren Zielen und Grundsätzen

* Bereitschaft und Interesse zu einer berufsbegleitenden Aus- und Weiterbildung

* gefestigte Persönlichkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit, Flexibilität (Dienstplan-Fahrtendienst)

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft mit Kollegen, der Leitung und den Angehörigen oder dem/der gesetzlichen VertreterIn des Menschen mit Behinderung

* Führerschein B

Was wir bieten:

Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in Gehaltsstufe1 - bei entsprechender Ausbildung Verwendungsgruppe Va: EUR 2.868,00 (bei 37 WoStd.). Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
