Die ASSIST gemeinn. GmbH - eine Wiener Einrichtung mit Schwerpunkt auf sozial- wirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen für Menschen mit Behinderung - sucht ab sofort 1 Behindertenfachkraft (m/w/d) für Wohnverbund im Ausmaß von 20 - 30 Wochenstunden in 1220 Wien Berresgasse

Als Behindertenfachkraft unterstützen und fördern Sie unserer Bewohner*innen in Wien 22 bei lebenspraktischen Alltagsaktivitäten, motivieren zur aktiven Teilnahme an unseren Angeboten und ermöglichen Teilhabe an allen Lebensbereichen.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

* Aktivierung, Motivierung, Begleitung, Unterstützung und Anleitung unserer Bewohner:innen mit Körper- und Sekundarbehinderungen in allen Belangen des täglichen Lebens

* Hilfs- und Unterstützungsdienstleistungen in der Basisversorgung

* Ganzheitliche Beratung und Begleitung bei der selbstbestimmten Lebensgestaltung sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung beim Ausbau der Autonomie

* Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung von individuellen Zielen gemeinsam mit den Bewohner:innen

* Wertschätzende Dokumentation im Assist-internen Dokumentationssystem

Unsere fachlichen Anforderungen an Sie:

* abgeschlossene oder noch laufende Ausbildung im sozial- oder behindertenpädagogischen Bereich

* abgeschlossenes UBV-Modul von Vorteil

* abgeschlossener Erste-Hilfe-Kurs (16h, bevorzugt nicht älter als 4 Jahre)

* Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten

* praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit erwachsenen Menschen mit Behinderung

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Krisen und Konflikten

* Flexibilität, Humor, Kreativität sowie eine motivierende, ressourcen- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Unser Angebot an Sie:

* Bruttogehalt für 37 Wochenstunden bei abgeschlossener Ausbildung in Verwendungsgruppe 6/1, SWÖ-KV: mind. 2794,50 €; zzgl. Zuschlägen, Vordienstzeiten werden entsprechend KV berücksichtigt

* Intensive Einschulungsphase und wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima

* Hoher Mitgestaltungsspielraum sowie sehr abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit

* Regelmäßige Teambesprechungen und Fort- und Weiterbildungen
