Ben jij een gedreven bekister die houdt van fysiek werk en resultaatgerichtheid? Zoek je een uitdagende voltijdse functie in de regio Diksmuide? Dan is deze job iets voor jou! In jouw rol als bekister start je elke ochtend tussen 7u en 7u30 samen met je team. Na een korte briefing met de ploegbaas verdeel je de taken en ga je aan de slag.

Je stelt gietvormen samen, plaatst wapening en isolatie en bereidt alles voor op het storten van het beton. Terwijl de betoncentrale draait, overleg je met je collega’s om elk detail goed af te stemmen. Werk jij graag in een team van 6 à 7 collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen? Zie je jezelf dagelijks trots het resultaat van je werk bekijken: perfect afgewerkte betonplaten? Dan ben jij de ideale kandidaat!

Heb jij een passie voor de bouwsector? Wil jij leren van ervaren collega's? En ben je bereid om je handen uit de mouwen te steken? Dan is deze functie als bekister perfect voor jou!

Wat we zoeken:

  • Een enthousiaste bekister die voldoening haalt uit zichtbaar resultaat.
  • Je bent in goede fysieke conditie en hebt affiniteit met de bouw of techniek.
  • Je woont binnen 25 minuten rijden van Diksmuide (regio Ieper – Roeselare).
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands; communicatie en veiligheid zijn cruciaal.
  • Betrouwbaarheid, leergierigheid en teamwork zijn eigenschappen die bij jou passen.
  • Een basiskennis van planlezen is een pluspunt, maar niet verplicht.

Ervaring is niet verplicht: we leiden je intern op!
