Voor onze klant regio Diksmuide zijn we dringend op zoek naar een bekister.

Je takenpakket als bekister:

  • s' Ochtends start je samen met je ploeg tussen 7u en 7u30 op in de productiehal. Na een korte briefing met de ploegbaas verdeel je de taken.
  • Je stelt de gietvormen samen, plaatst wapening en isolatie en bereidt alles voor op het storten van het beton. Terwijl de betoncentrale draait, overleg je met je collega’s om elk detail goed af te stemmen.
  • Je werkt in een team van 6 à 7 collega’s, allemaal mensen die elkaar helpen, rustig samenwerken en trots zijn op wat ze maken. Elke dag zie je het resultaat van je werk letterlijk vorm krijgen: perfect afgewerkte betonplaten.
  • Na verloop van tijd leer je het volledige proces kennen – van tekening tot afgewerkt product. Na ongeveer twee jaar opleiding ben je een volleerd bekister die zelfstandig aan de slag kan.

Profiel

Je profiel als bekister:

  • Je bent in goede fysieke conditie en hebt affiniteit met bouw of techniek.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands – veiligheid en communicatie zijn belangrijk.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, leergierig en werkt graag in team.
  • Een basiskennis planlezen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring is niet verplicht: we leiden je intern op.
