Als bekister zal je werken aan zeer grote projecten. 's Morgens pik je je collega's op om samen naar de werf te rijden.

Je functie houdt in:

  • Bekistingswerken voor onder andere scholen, woonzorgcentra, openbare gebouwen, maar ook bruggen, tunnels.
  • Je leest plannen en werk­tekeningen.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van je team.
  • Met houten planken en panelen maak je mallen.
  • Je timmert en monteert de bekisting en voegt ze samen.
  • Je stort het beton in de bekisting.
  • Wanneer het beton is uitgehard tot een bouwelement, verwijder je de bekisting.
  • Je verstevigt beton met ijzeren vlechtwerk of wapening. Daarvoor knip, buig en verbind je metalen staven.
  • Voor grote betonconstructies zijn er geprefabriceerde metalen bekistingelementen, die je aan elkaar monteert.

Voor de functie van ploegbaas bekister zoeken we een kandidaat met het volgende profiel.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een functie als bekister of timmerman en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je kan een team aansturen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in groep, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je neemt nieuwe zaken snel op, ziet werk en pakt het aan met aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om vroeger te beginnen of langer te werken, en om met de camionette te rijden en collega’s op te pikken.
