Felicitas steht für Tracht aus Salzburg: gut verarbeitet, mit Liebe zum Detail, und so gemacht,

dass sie lange hält. Unsere Dirndl, Blusen und Janker verbinden alpine Tradition mit einem

modernen, lebendigen Look. In unserem Store mitten in der Getreidegasse bekommst du

Felicitas auf drei Stockwerken zu sehen, zusammen mit unserer Schwestermarke Stapf.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n Verkäufer_in, die oder der Tracht liebt und unsere Kund_innen mit

Herz und Fachwissen berät.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für 1 Bekleidungsverkäufer/in oder Verkäufer/in (Einzelhandel) für unseren Store in der Getreidegasse:

Teilzeit ab 20 Std/Woche oder Vollzeit · Salzburg, Getreidegasse 3

Deine Aufgaben

* Du berätst unsere Kund_innen aus Salzburg und aus aller Welt persönlich, stilsicher und mit Gespür für den richtigen Look, vom ersten Dirndl bis zum kompletten Outfit

* Du hilfst bei der Passform und findest die richtige Größe und Kombination aus Dirndl, Bluse und Schürze

* Du kümmerst dich um Kassa, Umtausch und Reklamationen

* Du nimmst Ware an, zeichnest aus und hältst die Warenbewirtschaftung im Warenwirtschaftssystem aktuell

* Du sorgst dafür, dass der Store schön aussieht: Warenpräsentation, Visual Merchandising und Ordnung auf allen Etagen

* Du gibst Feedback aus dem Verkauf an unser Team weiter, zum Beispiel was gefragt ist, was fehlt und was Kund_innen sich wünschen

Das bringst du mit

* einschlägige Erfahrung im Textil- oder Modeeinzelhandel, gern im Trachten- oder Premiumbereich

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Freude an Tracht und Handwerk, und ein gutes Auge für Stoffe, Schnitte und Qualität

* Du arbeitest selbständig und verlässlich und übernimmst Verantwortung, auch wenn du allein im Laden stehst

* fundierte Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachen sind ein großes Plus

* Eine herzliche, offene Art und Freude an internationalen Gästen

* Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten, auch an Samstagen und in der Saison (Festspiele, Advent)

Arbeitszeit:

Nach Absprache: Montag bis Freitag im Rahmen von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, Samstag von 10:00 bis 15:00 Uhr

Für diese Position gilt der KV Handel (Beschäftigungsgruppe C). Das Mindestgehalt beträgt € 2.251 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Std./Woche). Bei Teilzeit wird es anteilig berechnet.
