Als Belader in Sittard ben jij samen met de chauffeur het gezicht van de afvalinzameling in de regio. Je start de dag vroeg bij het depot en gaat op pad met de vuilniswagen. Jouw hoofdtaak is het vakkundig legen van diverse afvalcontainers en vuilnisbakken in de wagen. Daarnaast ben je de ogen en oren van de chauffeur; je ondersteunt bij het veilig manoeuvreren en achteruitrijden in krappe straten. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat de routes efficiënt worden gereden en dat de straten van Sittard er aan het eind van de dag weer spik en span uitzien.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Veilig en efficiënt legen van afvalcontainers in de vuilniswagen; - Assisteren van de chauffeur bij het manoeuvreren en navigeren door de wijken; - Controleren van afvalstromen op juiste aanbieding conform de regels; - Waarborgen van de veiligheid van jezelf, je collega's en omstanders tijdens de route; - Netjes achterlaten van de ophaallocaties na lediging; - Rapporteren van bijzonderheden of defecten aan containers aan de planning; - Correct bedienen van het beladingssysteem van de vrachtwagen; - Bijdragen aan een positieve en collegiale sfeer binnen het team.
