Door de aanhoudende groei van de klantenportefeuille is er ruimte ontstaan voor een Senior Belastingadviseur binnen het fiscale team. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een informele werksfeer en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Je komt terecht in een fiscaal team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Daarnaast wordt actief geïnvesteerd in technologische ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied, waardoor je de kans krijgt om mee te denken over de toekomst van de fiscale praktijk. Over de functie Als Senior Belastingadviseur ben jij een belangrijke inhoudelijke spil binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert ondernemers en collega's over uiteenlopende fiscale vraagstukken en bent een ervaren sparringpartner voor zowel het management als het fiscale team. In deze functie combineer je strategisch advies met praktische betrokkenheid. Je vindt het interessant om complexe fiscale vraagstukken op te lossen, maar blijft ook graag betrokken bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Denk hierbij aan fiscale advisering, het beoordelen van dossiers en het ondersteunen van collega's bij inhoudelijke vraagstukken. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het verder ontwikkelen van de fiscale dienstverlening. Je deelt jouw kennis, denkt mee over processen en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.
