Jobomschrijving

Je begeleidt klanten proactief bij het opbouwen en optimaliseren van hun portefeuille. Je vertaalt complexe materie naar heldere, onderbouwde adviezen en speelt actief in op veranderende marktomstandigheden. Zo draag je bij aan de verdere groei van het beleggingssegment.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Relatiebeheer: Je bouwt langetermijnrelaties met bestaande klanten verder uit en verdiept deze door persoonlijke, relevante opvolging.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je werkt volgens de geldende richtlijnen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van je klantendossiers.
  • Portefeuillebeheer: Je monitort en optimaliseert klantportefeuilles actief in functie van marktevoluties, en stuurt tijdig bij waar nodig.
  • Strategisch beleggingsadvies: Je stelt beleggingsplannen op maat van de klant op en volgt deze nauwgezet op, vertrekkend vanuit hun doelstellingen en risicoprofiel.
  • Totaaladvies: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van kredieten, verzekeringen en dagelijks bankieren om de klant een volledig en geïntegreerd advies te bieden.

Jouw profiel

  • Idealiter heb je minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een aanverwante rol en breng je een stevige basiskennis mee.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in financiële markten en blijft je kennis voortdurend bijscholen.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van beleggingsproducten, financiële markten en regelgeving.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en combineert advies met resultaatgericht werken.
  • Je denkt analytisch en strategisch en houdt steeds de lange termijn voor ogen.
