Onze klant is een zelfstandig bank- en verzekeringskantoor met vestigingen in Gullegem en Heule.

Onder leiding van vier actieve vennoten kende het kantoor de afgelopen jaren een sterke groei. Vandaag behoren zij al jarenlang tot de best presterende Crelan-kantoren van België.

Hun succes danken zij aan een combinatie van expertise, ondernemerschap en een persoonlijke aanpak. Klanten worden niet doorgeschoven naarmate hun vermogen groeit. Integendeel: het kantoor groeit mee met de klant.

De klantenportefeuille bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit vermogens tussen €250.000 en €1.000.000, aangevuld met zowel kleinere als grotere dossiers.

Binnen het team staan samenwerking, ambitie en betrokkenheid centraal. Persoonlijkheid en teamfit wegen er vaak zwaarder door dan puur technische ervaring.

Jobomschrijving

Als Beleggingsadviseur begeleid je particuliere klanten bij het opbouwen, beschermen en optimaliseren van hun vermogen.

Je start met een uitgebreide inwerkperiode waarbij je opleidingen volgt via Crelan en nauw samenwerkt met ervaren collega's. Stap voor stap groei je door naar een zelfstandige adviesfunctie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Adviseren rond sparen, beleggen en vermogensopbouw
  • Uitwerken van beleggingsvoorstellen op maat van de klant
  • Beheren en opvolgen van beleggingsportefeuilles
  • Voeren van adviesgesprekken met zowel kleinere als grotere vermogens
  • Opvolgen van economische en financiële ontwikkelingen
  • Detecteren van opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantenrelaties
  • Samenwerken met collega's gespecialiseerd in kredieten en verzekeringen

Naargelang jouw interesses en ontwikkeling krijg je de mogelijkheid om je verder te verdiepen in:

  • Vermogensplanning
  • Successieplanning
  • Fiscale optimalisatie
  • Complexere beleggingsdossiers

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste drive en oprechte interesse in de financiële markten.

  • Interesse in beleggen, financiële markten en vermogensopbouw
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een adviserende aanpak
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht en relationeel sterk
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Leergierig en ambitieus
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook een echte teamspeler

Ervaring binnen beleggingen is uiteraard mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Ook kandidaten met een eerste ervaring binnen de financiële sector of ambitieuze starters met een uitgesproken interesse in beleggen komen in aanmerking.

Een diploma binnen economie, financiën of een aanverwante richting is een pluspunt, maar geen doorslaggevende voorwaarde.
