EN Senior beleidsadviseur wonen Voor gemeente Dongen is YER op zoek naar een senior Beleidsadviseur wonen - Detachering via YER De Wet versterking regie volkshuisvesting is per 1 juli 2026 grotendeels in werking getreden. Gemeenten moeten onder meer een volkshuisvestingsprogramma opstellen en een huisvestingsverordening met urgentieregeling voorbereiden. De gemeente werkt hierbij nauw samen met de andere gemeenten in de Stedelijke Regio Breda-Tilburg (SRBT). Voor deze opdracht is het gemeentelijke streven om uiterlijk 1 juli 2027 zowel het volkshuisvestingsprogramma als de huisvestingsverordening bestuurlijk te hebben vastgesteld. Doel van de opdracht - Het doel van de opdracht is tweeledig: (1) het tijdig en bestuurlijk zorgvuldig realiseren van de belangrijkste volkshuisvestelijke producten en processen en (2) het borgen van kennis, werkwijze, netwerk en dossiercontinuïteit voor overdracht bij opvolging. Kandidaat:Trekt en coördineert het proces om te komen tot een integraal en uitvoerbaar volkshuisvestingsprogramma, inclusief planning, participatie/afstemming, bestuurlijke besluitvorming en verbinding met relevante gemeentelijke beleidsvelden - Adviseert directie, het college en zo nodig de gemeenteraad en stelt hiervoor zelfstandig college- en raadstukken op; - Trekt en coördineert de voorbereiding en actualisatie van de huisvestingsverordening, waaronder de verplichte urgentieregeling en de aansluiting op regionale afspraken en landelijke regelgeving. - Regisseert de woonagenda en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en risico's van woonopgaven. Zorgt voor beleidsmonitoring en evaluatie van woonprogramma's; - Werkt effectief samen met woningcorporaties, ontwikkelaars en maatschappelijke partners aan woningbouwprojecten en leefbaarheidsvraagstukken; - Signaleert en analyseert ontwikkelingen op het gebied van woningmarkt, betaalbaarheid, duurzaamheid, ouderenhuisvesting, starterswoningen en bijzondere doelgroepen; - Levert een b...
