Wij zoeken een ervaren beleidsadviseur die vanuit een stevige inhoudelijke basis de regie pakt, overzicht houdt en verbinding creëert. Voor deze tijdelijke opdracht werk je 24 tot 32 uur per week aan het succesvol sturen van beleidsprocessen en draag je zichtbaar bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Als beleidsadviseur ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en heb je een breed werkterrein. - Je ondersteunt en adviseert de manager van het Behandel- en Expertisenetwerk bij strategische en beleidsmatige vraagstukken die bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van zorg, waaronder het ontwikkelen van beleidsstukken. - Je zorgt dat processen zorgvuldig verlopen en houdt overzicht over belangrijke dossiers. - Je werkterrein is breed: van de Wet zorg en dwang tot samenwerkingsvraagstukken op het gebied van complexe zorg, zoals verslaving of de medisch-generalistische zorg. - Je werkt op het snijvlak van strategie en praktijk: je denkt mee op strategisch niveau, maar je weet wat ook beleid betekent voor een begeleider op de groep. - Je bent niet alleen adviseur en schrijver, maar ook regisseur. Je brengt managers, professionals en soms cliënten en verwanten bij elkaar om beleid samen vorm te geven. Je zorgt dat het niet bij papier blijft, maar echt landt in de organisatie. Je ontvangt aansturing van de manager van het Behandel- en Expertisenetwerk en werkt samen met collega beleidsadviseurs. Waarom bij ons?
