Als Tijdelijk Beleidsadviseur Aanpak Dakloosheid speel je hierin een cruciale rol. Je pakt concrete, afgebakende dossiers en actuele vraagstukken zelfstandig op en brengt ze van analyse naar een gedragen resultaat. Je stapt zonder lange inwerktijd in diverse complexe dossiers. Denk hierbij aan thema's zoals dakloze arbeidsmigranten, de verbreding en uitvoering van Wonen Eerst, preventie van dakloosheid, winteropvang, gegevensdeling/privacy én vraagstukken rondom de Wmo-verordening. Afhankelijk van de prioriteiten binnen de regio kunnen jouw werkzaamheden variëren van een kortstondig adviesvraagstuk tot het gedurende enkele maanden trekken van een specifiek project. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden op een rij: - Zelfstandig en snel analyseren van beleidsmatige vraagstukken en knelpunten. - Grondig beleidsmatig uitzoekwerk verrichten en keuzemogelijkheden helder in kaart brengen. - Schakelen en afstemmen met collega's, regiogemeenten en maatschappelijke partners. - Vertaalslag maken van analyses naar concrete beleidsvoorstellen, regionale afspraken en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Ondersteunen bij de daadwerkelijke implementatie en borging van afspraken.
