Je wordt direct inzetbaar op afgebakende dossiers en concrete klussen; de precieze inzet kan gedurende de opdracht verschuiven op basis van actuele prioriteiten. Opdracht Je werkt aan beleidsmatige en uitvoeringsgerichte vraagstukken voortkomend uit het Regionaal Actieplan Dakloosheid. De opdracht vraagt om snel in dossiers stappen, zelfstandig acties bepalen en vraagstukken van analyse naar concrete voorstellen of resultaten brengen, met beperkte inwerktijd en zonder intensieve begeleiding. Wat ga je doen? - Je maakt je snel en zelfstandig het betreffende vraagstuk eigen. - Je brengt relevante informatie, knelpunten en keuzemogelijkheden in beeld. - Je voert het benodigde beleidsmatige uitzoekwerk uit. - Je betrekt zelfstandig de juiste collega's, gemeenten en maatschappelijke partners. - Je vertaalt uitkomsten naar concrete voorstellen, regionale afspraken of besluitvoorstellen en ondersteunt eventueel bij implementatie. - De werkzaamheden variëren van kortlopend uitzoek- of advieswerk tot het meerdere maanden trekken van een concreet vraagstuk. - Voorbeelden van mogelijke onderwerpen: dakloze arbeidsmigranten, uitvoering en verbreding van Wonen Eerst, preventie van dakloosheid, winteropvang, privacy en gegevensdeling, vraagstukken rondom de Wmo‑verordening. Wij vragen - Ruime ervaring als beleidsadviseur binnen het sociaal domein, bij voorkeur op het terrein van dakloosheid, maatschappelijke opvang, wonen en/of Wmo. - Aantoonbaar zelfstandig complexe beleidsvraagstukken kunnen oppakken en afronden. - Ervaring met regionale samenwerking en politiek-bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Snel tot de kern komen en inhoudelijke analyse vertalen naar concrete en uitvoerbare voorstellen. - Proactieve werkhouding en doorzettingsvermogen bij complexe vraagstukken.
