Pak het tarievenmodel op en neem raad, college en inwoners mee richting besluitvorming. Dit ga je doen Als Beleidsadviseur Afval bij Gemeente Koggenland krijg je een duidelijke opdracht: je neemt het accounthouderschap op de beleidsportefeuille afval over en brengt het afvalbeleid en het tarievenmodel een stap verder richting bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Er ligt al een basis voor een afvalbeleid of grondstoffenplan; jij bouwt daarop door, scherpt aan waar nodig en zorgt dat het geheel in 2027 (Q1/Q2) klaar is voor vaststelling door de raad. Je betrekt raad en college actief, zorgt voor goede informatiestromen en pakt de voorbereiding van besluitvorming gestructureerd op. Tegelijk geef je richting aan de communicatie richting inwoners, zodat keuzes rondom afvalinzameling en het terugdringen van restafval begrijpelijk en uitlegbaar zijn. Daarnaast adviseer je het college door het annoteren van stukken van de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Afvalbeheer Westfriesland (ABWF) en de vergaderstukken van HVC. In deze opdracht ligt de focus op het afronden van een lopend traject. Dit vraagt om iemand die snel overzicht pakt, belangen herkent en inhoud kan vertalen naar keuzes die bestuurlijk kloppen en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je gaat aan de slag met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Voortzetten en afronden van het project Afvalbeleid en het bijbehorende grondstoffenplan, met als doel vaststelling door de raad in 2027 (Q1/Q2). - Uitwerken van een tariefmodel dat helpt om de hoeveelheid restafval te verlagen, inclusief het voorbereiden van scenario's en besluitvormingsmomenten. - Raad en college tijdig betrekken en informeren, en de bestuurlijke besluitvorming (college en raad) zorgvuldig voorbereiden en begeleiden. - Communicatie richting inwoners vormgeven rondom het n...
