De Werkorganisatie Druten Wijchen werkt voor twee gemeenten, met ieder hun eigen bestuur, gemeenteraden en ambities. Om dit in goede banen te leiden werken we met zelforganiserende teams met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. In onze organisatie telt iedereen mee, ongeacht achtergrond, leeftijd, opleiding en werkervaring. De cultuur is open, informeel en positief. Opdracht Wij zoeken een creatieve adviseur voor de beleidsonderwerpen sportaccommodaties en sportstimulering voor de duur van 5,5 maand ter vervanging tijdens een zwangerschapsverlof. Je bent in deze rol onderdeel van het team Welzijn, Onderwijs en Sport, welke valt onder het domein Sociale Leefomgeving. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van (bestuurlijke) ambities en (beleids-)advisering op het terrein van maatschappelijke faciliteiten en accommodaties. Team WOS regisseert, initieert en ondersteunt maatschappelijke initiatieven, passend binnen het gemeentelijk beleid. Het kan gaan om het ontwikkelen, regisseren en/of ondersteunen van activiteiten, veranderingsprocessen, structuren of (ruimtelijke) voorzieningen. Verantwoordelijkheden Je adviseert, ontwikkelt en voert beleid uit op het terrein van binnen- en buitensportaccommodaties in de gemeente Druten en Wijchen en sportstimulering in de gemeente Druten. Je zet daarbij in op een goede samenwerking en inhoudelijke afstemming met de adviseurs binnen team WOS, Beheer Gemeentelijke Vastgoed en WMO, Jeugd en Gezondheid.
