Je verbindt beleid, regelgeving en praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat examinering zorgvuldig, uitvoerbaar en toekomstgericht blijft. Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsadviseur draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van examinering binnen brandweer en crisisbeheersing. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor heldere kaders, zorgvuldig toezicht en een examenstelsel dat aansluit bij wet- en regelgeving én de praktijk. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen of processen goed verlopen, maar denk je ook mee over hoe deze verder kunnen worden verbeterd. Je werkzaamheden zijn in veel opzichten vergelijkbaar met die van een examencommissie in het reguliere onderwijs.
