Vereist profiel - HBO+/WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met ervaring in beleidsadvisering of projectmanagement binnen de publieke sector. - Aantoonbare ervaring met (beleids)projecten rond luchtkwaliteit, milieu of gezondheid is een pré. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: stakeholdermanagement, organiseren van consultaties en het opstellen van heldere bestuurlijke stukken. - Zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig; kan prioriteren en meerdere deelprojecten gelijktijdig managen. - Samenwerkingsgericht: werkt goed in een klein projectteam en onderhoudt relaties met interne en externe partners. - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en het vermogen om beleidsmaatregelen (zoals regulering en verbodsbepalingen) praktisch uit te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
