In het kort: Je gaat als senior beleidsadviseur gezondheid prioritaire gezondheidsdossiers sturen, regionale samenwerking en financiering afstemmen, besluitvorming voorbereiden en onderbouwde adviezen geven over ouderenbeleid, mentale gezondheid, GGZ-ondersteuning en Gezond en Wel Thuis. Opdrachtomschrijving (senior) beleidsadviseur Gezondheid Omvang: 18 uur per week, gedurende 6 maanden Aanleiding en context Binnen het gezondheidsbeleid van de gemeente Lansingerland lopen verschillende lokale en regionale opgaven die samenhangen met het Regionaal Integraal Gezondheidsakkoord (RIGA), het IZA en de beschikbare transformatie- en SPUK-middelen. Het gaat onder meer om laagdrempelige GGZ-ondersteuning, Gezond en Wel Thuis, een bewustwordingscampagne voor ouderen en de doorontwikkeling van de dementieketen. Deze opgaven verschillen in urgentie, bestuurlijke relevantie, benodigde ambtelijke inzet en de mate waarin structurele financiering beschikbaar is. Door beperkte ambtelijke capaciteit is het noodzakelijk om gerichte keuzes te maken en de samenhang tussen inhoud, uitvoering, regionale afspraken en financiering te bewaken. De gemeente zoekt daarom tijdelijk een senior beleidsadviseur Gezondheid die binnen 18 uur per week de prioritaire dossiers verder brengt, de benodigde besluitvorming voorbereidt, inhoudelijk sparring partner is voor de (medior) beleidsadviseur gezondheid en adviseert over de haalbaarheid en wenselijkheid van nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Uitgangspunt is dat nieuwe activiteiten alleen worden aangegaan wanneer de inhoudelijke meerwaarde, uitvoerbaarheid en financiële consequenties voldoende duidelijk zijn. 1. Doel van de opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is om de prioritaire gezondheidsopgaven van Lansingerland zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht verder te brengen, met bijzondere aandacht voor ouderen, mentale gezondheid en de regionale samenwerking. De adviseur zorgt voor: - Voortgang op prioritaire dossiers en een goede voorbereiding van bestuurlijke besluitv.
