Als beleidsadviseur HR- Development geef je richting aan de professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers binnen Firda. Jij bent één van de strategische denkers en doeners achter het professionaliseringsbeleid van Firda. Je vertaalt strategische ambities naar beleid, projecten en ontwikkeltrajecten die bijdragen aan toekomstgericht onderwijs en een lerende organisatie. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's, teams, leidinggevenden en externe partners en beweeg je moeiteloos tussen visie, ontwikkeling en uitvoering. Hierin draag je bij aan een samenhangende Firda-brede professionaliseringsagenda en creëer je een gedeelde taal en kaders voor professionalisering. In deze functie ga je: - Professionaliseringsbeleid ontwikkelen en implementeren op strategische thema's zoals onderwijsontwikkeling, resultaatverantwoordelijke teams, digitalisering & AI, interlevensbeschouwelijk onderwijs en leiderschapsontwikkeling. - Ondersteuningsbehoeften signaleren en vertalen naar passende beleidsvoorstellen, projectplannen, leerlijnen en professionaliseringsaanbod voor medewerkers, teams en leidinggevenden. - Projecten en ontwikkeltrajecten leiden en coördineren, waarbij je samenwerkt met interne en externe partners en zorgt voor samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering en organisatiedoelen. - Adviseren en verbinden door in gesprek te gaan met mbo-colleges, ondersteunende diensten, managementteams en collega-adviseurs en gezamenlijk te bouwen aan een gedeel...
