Beleidsadviseur Inburgering en Migratie (Vervanging wegens zwangerschapsverlof) Hier werk je aan mee Inburgering en migratie staan midden in de belangstelling van de samenleving en het bestuur. Sinds de invoering van de Wet Inburgering 2021 ligt er bij gemeenten een belangrijke opdracht om nieuwkomers en statushouders snel, effectief en duaal te laten meedoen in de samenleving. Denk aan het combineren van het leren van de Nederlandse taal met participatie, werk en maatschappelijke begeleiding. In Groningen willen we dat iedereen de kans krijgt om volwaardig mee te doen. Als tijdelijke beleidsadviseur inburgering en migratie speel jij een sleutelrol in het waarborgen en doorontwikkelen van ons beleid en de uitvoering hiervan gedurende de verlofperiode van onze collega. Hier ga jij je mee bezig houden Als Beleidsadviseur Inburgering en Migratie beweeg je je tussen strategische beleidskaders, bestuurlijke advisering en de praktische uitvoering met ketenpartners. Je voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn: - Beleidscontinuïteit en -ontwikkeling: Je werkt de nieuwste beleidsplannen uit het gemeentelijk beleidskader rondom de Wet inburgering 2021 uit en verbindt de plannen aan de landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen. - Bestuurlijke advisering: Je adviseert het college van B&W en de gemeenteraad over dossiers rondom inburgering en integratie. - Relatie- en ketenbeheer: Je onderhoudt nauw contact en bent accounthouder voor externe partners en uitvoeringsorganisaties (zoals taalaanbieders, maatschappelijke begeleiding en participatiepartners). - Ketenafstemming: Je slaat de brug tussen beleid, uitvoering, interne directies en het sociaal domein. - Inkoop en verantwoording: Je ondersteunt bij de inhoudelijke sturing op gecontracteer.
