Je vertaalt landelijke en lokale ontwikkelingen naar concreet beleid rond thema's als Kansrijke Start en mentale gezondheid van kinderen en verbindt uitvoering, management, gemeenten en netwerkpartners. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat goed beleid leidt tot zorg op maat en zet je je in voor kansengelijkheid door elk kind een gezonde en vellige basis te bieden. Voor nu en later. Wat ga je doen? Je stapt in op een dynamisch moment: onze beleidsfunctie én manier van werken zijn volop in ontwikkeling. Samen met collega's geef je vorm aan een projectmatige aanpak waarin beleidsontwikkeling, implementatie, monitoring en verbetering steeds sterker samenkomen. We zoeken een beleidsadviseur die de beleidsfuncties strategisch en projectmatig helpt vormgeving en die beleidsontwikkeling moeiteloos combineert met projectleiding. Met ervaring in het leiden van complexe projecten weet je hier vorm aan te geven. Denk aan de ketenaanpak Kansrijke Start of aan beleid rondom mentale gezondheid en verzuim bij kinderen. De precieze invulling van je takenpakket wordt nader bepaald. Jij verbindt uitvoering, management, gemeenten en netwerkpartners. Met overtuigingskracht en gevoel voor samenwerking zorg je voor draagvlak bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van beleid. Concrete taken: - Je vertaalt landelijke, regionale en lokale ontwikkelingen naar concreet beleid en voorstellen voor de JGZ. - Je coördineert de volledige beleidscyclus: van ontwikkeling en implementatie tot monitoring, evaluatie en verbetering.
