Voor een gemeente in de provincie Zuid-Holland zoeken wij iemand die werkt aan een toekomstbestendige inrichting van toezicht, handhaving en regie op de kinderopvang. De opdracht loopt van 26 oktober 2026 tot 26 februari 2027 en je werkt 8 uur per week. Functie omschrijving Het doel van de opdracht is; - het realiseren van een toekomstbestendige inrichting van toezicht, handhaving en regie op de kinderopvang; - je verduidelijkt en legt rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en besluitvormingsafspraken vast; - je beschrijft, implementeert en borgt werkprocessen; - je versterkt de samenwerking tussen beleid, uitvoering, toezicht, handhaving en bestuur; - je herijkt en actualiseert het handhavingsbeleid en monitort, evalueert en stelt verbeteringen bij; - je volgt en analyseert beleid en beleidseffecten en signaleert ontwikkelingen die je vertaalt in beleidsvoorstellen; - je ontwikkelt beleids- en beheersinstrumenten en adviseert management en bestuur; - je vertaalt vastgesteld beleid naar uitvoering, toetst en evalueert de uitvoering en verzorgt communicatie over plannen, projecten en programma's; - je evalueert beleid op effect en doelmatigheid, signaleert knelpunten en presenteert oplossingen; - je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties, initieert samenwerking en creëert draagvlak voor beleid; - je stemt activiteiten af en werkt naar een gemeenschappelijk resultaat. Functie eisen - Je hebt ervaring met bestuurlijke besluitvormingsprocessen binnen gemeenten; - je hebt ervaring met beleidsactualisatie, procesbewaking, onderzoek, wet- en regelgeving en veranderkunde; - je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau.
