Hoofdtaken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen en uitwerken van accommodatiebeleid gericht op maatschappelijk vastgoed. - Uitvoeren van thema's en projecten binnen het domein maatschappelijk vastgoed. - Samenwerken en sparren met collega's om gezamenlijk oplossingen te ontwikkelen. - Zichtbare bijdrage leveren aan zowel beleid als praktijk. Impact Doel: Met jouw werk draag je bij aan een sociale en veerkrachtige gemeente door beleidsontwikkeling en praktische uitvoering op het gebied van maatschappelijk vastgoed. Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - We vinden het belangrijk dat je aan de volgende eisen voldoet: - - (Minimaal) een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting - - Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van beleid - - Je hebt ervaring binnen een (semi-)gemeentelijke organisatie waar (politieke) belangen een grote rol spelen - - Je bent in staat om (tegenstrijdige) belangen af te wegen en knopen door te hakken - - Je bent communicatief vaardig en sterk in plannen en organiseren - - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig, maar vooral ook integraal en projectmatig te werken - - Jouw politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit is goed ontwikkeld en je weet burgerparticipatie in te zetten, passend bij de visie van de gemeente Someren Algemeen Heb je interesse in deze functie?
