JOB-3591680 Je gaat aan de slag als Beleidsadviseur Maatschappelijk Vastgoed en speelt een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van het accommodatiebeleid en de uitvoering van thema’s binnen maatschappelijk vastgoed. Je werkt binnen het team Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling aan onderwerpen die inwoners direct raken. Daarmee heb je zichtbare impact op zowel beleid als praktijk en draag je bij aan een sociale en veerkrachtige gemeente. De opdracht is ontstaan door langdurige afwezigheid van een collega en door de wens om een stevige inhaalslag te maken in het ontwikkelen van accommodatiebeleid. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt accommodatiebeleid op het gebied van maatschappelijk vastgoed. - Je werkt aan de uitvoering van thema’s binnen maatschappelijk vastgoed. - Je weegt uiteenlopende en soms tegenstrijdige belangen af en hakt knopen door. - Je werkt integraal en projectmatig aan oplossingen die beleid en uitvoering met elkaar verbinden. - Je spart met collega’s binnen het team Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling om samen verder te bouwen aan sterke oplossingen. - Je levert een bijdrage aan vraagstukken die inwoners direct raken. Over jou - Je bent communicatief vaardig en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende betrokkenen. - Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook sterk in integraal en projectmatig samenwerken. - Je beschikt over goed ontwikkelde politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. - Je weet burgerparticipatie passend in te zetten binnen de visie van de gemeente Someren. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting. - Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwikkelen van beleid. - Je hebt ervaring binnen een (semi-)gemeentelijke organisatie waar politieke belangen een grote rol spelen. - Je bent in staat om tegenstrijdige belangen af te wegen en knopen door te hakken.
