De ruimte binnen gemeente Culemborg is beperkt, maar de ambities zijn groot: van inbreidingslocaties en functiewijzigingen tot uitbreidingswijken en de transformatie van bedrijventerreinen naar woningbouw. Als Beleidsadviseur Mobiliteit werk je aan de mobiliteitsopgave van de gemeente en adviseer je vanuit jouw verkeerskundige expertise. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring pak je dossiers zelfstandig op of werk je samen met ervaren collega's die je de fijne kneepjes van het vak leren. Dankzij jou wordt inzichtelijk wat de mogelijkheden rondom mobiliteit zijn, waardoor je er mede voor zorgt dat de stad bereikbaar en verkeersveilig blijft. Jouw taken: - Beleidsontwikkeling en Trends. Je signaleert externe trends (zoals deelmobiliteit, parkeerhubs en elektrisch laden). Je vertaalt deze ontwikkelingen naar projecten en beoordeelt of plannen voldoen aan de gemeentelijke doelstellingen. - Integrale Projectregie en Afstemming. Je stemt mobiliteitsplannen af met beleidsgebieden zoals stedenbouw, planologie, duurzaamheid en volksgezondheid. Je leert of pakt de rol op van projectleider bij verkeersgerelateerde projecten. - Verkeerskundige Uitvoering en Advies Je adviseert over verkeersbesluiten, de afhandeling van klachten, inkooptrajecten en begeleidt verkeersveiligheidsprojecten (bijvoorbeeld rondom scholen).
