OVER is een kleine maar fijne organisatie. Maar we zijn tegelijkertijd groot in onderwerpen. Dit komt door onze ligging, dicht bij de grotere steden Zaandam en Amsterdam. Door die nabijheid kennen we veel van de uitdagingen van een grotere stad. Die tackelen we met een hecht team. Bij OVER heerst een vertrouwde sfeer: collega's helpen elkaar. Ben jij dit? Wil jij jouw kennis en ervaring inzetten om het beleid te verbeteren op het gebied van onderwijs-, sport- en andere maatschappelijke accommodaties? Werk jij graag samen met collega's uit het sociaal én fysiek domein om samen mooie resultaten te behalen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als onze nieuwe beleidsadviseur onderwijshuisvesting en accommodaties! In 't kort: - Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur bewezen door een relevante opleiding; - Je hebt enige ervaring met projectmatig werken en weet hoe je resultaat behaalt in een bestuurlijk-politieke omgeving; - Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling kun je jouw ideeën en plannen helder uiteenzetten; - Je werkt graag samen om problemen op te lossen. Krijg je te maken met een tegenslag? Dan denk je juist creatief na over andere oplossingen; - Je hebt inhoudelijke kennis op het gebied van onderwijshuisvesting en/of maatschappelijke accommodaties; - Je praat graag met collega's over ideeën en deelt jouw kennis met het team. Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsadviseur onderwijshuisvesting en accommodaties ga je werken in het beleidsteam van het Sociaal Domein. We zijn een team van 17 adviseurs, ieder met een eigen specialisme.
