Beleidsadviseur onderwijskwaliteit - 4 uur geleden geplaatst Jouw functie Het opnieuw in te richten team Onderwijskwaliteit is op zoek naar een Beleidsadviseur Onderwijskwaliteit. Als Beleidsadviseur Onderwijskwaliteit bij RENN4 lever je vanuit analyse en beleidsvorming een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de onderwijskwaliteit binnen RENN4. Je signaleert en analyseert interne en externe ontwikkelingen, vertaalt gegevens en resultaten naar verbeteracties, heldere adviezen en beleidskaders voor het College van Bestuur en onze scholen. Zo kunnen zij gerichte keuzes maken voor sterk en passend onderwijs. Daarbij ligt een belangrijk accent op basisvaardigheden, opbrengsten en cognitieve ontwikkeling, steeds in samenhang met de bredere onderwijskwaliteit. In deze functie draag je eraan bij dat onze scholen kunnen doen waar het om draait: onze leerlingen laten leren en groeien op een manier die bij hen past. Met jouw scherpe blik op onderwijsresultaten en ontwikkelingen help je scholen om kansen te zien om het onderwijs elke dag een beetje sterker te maken. Wij bieden - een uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een nieuw te vormen team, binnen een dynamische organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is; - een pensioenregeling via het ABP; - een salaris tussen de € 3.688,- en € 6.509,- bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime (schaal 11 conform de cao PO m.i.v. 1-11-2026); - jaarlijks 53 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime baan; - de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan een fiscaal voordelige regelingen voor bijvoorbeeld sporten of de aanschaf van een fiets en aantrekkelijke kortingen op uiteenlopende merkartikelen; - ruimte om te ontwikkelen door scholing en begeleidingsmogelijkheden; - een dienstverband van 0,8 fte (32 uren) per week; - een tijdelijke aanstelling van een jaar met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
