Jij bepaalt mee hoe een gemeente mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt ondersteunt, nu én in de toekomst. Klaar om deze impact te maken? Bij HUBSUB werk je altijd projectmatig. Je bent in dienst bij HUBSUB en gaat aan de slag bij één of meerdere gemeentelijke opdrachtgevers. Zo krijg je bij elk project opnieuw de kans om impact te maken en het beleid te verbeteren. Dat betekent: afwisseling, ontwikkeling en de vrijheid om zelf jouw uitdaging te kiezen. Als Beleidsadviseur Participatiewet ben jij de strategisch adviseur van het college van B&W, het management en je stakeholders. Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de Participatiewet en de aanverwante wet- en regelgeving op de voet, zoals de wetswijzigingen uit Participatiewet in balans. Die vertaal je naar lokaal beleid dat toekomstbestendig en uitvoerbaar is. Jij stelt strategische beleidsplannen op, samen met het college, je ketenpartners en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden. Zo analyseer je bijvoorbeeld data over de uitstroom naar werk en onderzoek je waarom bepaalde groepen inwoners achterblijven. Op basis van jouw inzichten stel je heldere beleidsrichtlijnen op en help je de gemeente die succesvol uit te voeren. Voor beleidsmedewerkers ben je de sparringpartner: je denkt mee over implementatievraagstukken en verbindt interne en externe partners, zodat het beleid ook in de uitvoering staat als een huis.
