V-20069412 - Beek - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Gemeente Beek De positie Werkzaamheden gericht op het planologisch kader i.r.t. tot onze woningbouwopgaven. - Begeleiden en regisseren van woningbouwinitiatieven en -projecten, vanaf de eerste planvorming tot en met de planologische procedure en besluitvorming. - Het procedureel versnellen van woningbouwprojecten: signaleren waar vertraging ontstaat, partijen bij elkaar brengen en actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om processen slimmer en sneller te organiseren. - Initiatiefnemers en marktpartijen vroegtijdig meenemen in de gemeentelijke kaders en randvoorwaarden, zodat plannen sneller tot een haalbaar en kwalitatief goed woningbouwplan kunnen worden ontwikkeld. - Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en zorgen voor heldere, goed onderbouwde adviezen richting college, raad en ambtelijke organisatie.
