Je coördineert en realiseert een of meerdere opvanglocaties voor asielzoekers binnen onze gemeente. Je weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen bestuurders, inwoners, maatschappelijke partners en de interne organisatie. Je weegt belangen zorgvuldig af, zonder het eindresultaat uit het oog te verliezen. Je begrijpt hoe bestuurlijke besluitvorming werkt, voelt politieke verhoudingen goed aan en weet wanneer je moet doorpakken, verbinden of juist even gas terug moet nemen. Takenpakket - Coördineren en leiden van projecten voor de realisatie en/of uitbreiding van een AZC. - Adviseren van bestuur, directie en management over strategische en operationele vraagstukken. - Afstemmen met ketenpartners zoals COA, veiligheidsdiensten, maatschappelijke organisaties en andere betrokken partijen. - Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en het opstellen van college- en raadsvoorstellen. - Organiseren en begeleiden van participatie- en communicatieprocessen met inwoners en belanghebbenden. - Bewaken van planning, risico's, financiën en voortgang. - Signaleren van politieke, maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke ontwikkelingen en hier proactief op anticiperen. - Verbinden van verschillende disciplines binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie en zorgen voor een gezamenlijke aanpak. De opdracht omvat: Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van een project gericht op de realisatie van één of meerdere opvanglocaties voor asielzoekers binnen de gemeente.
