Opdracht Jij brengt structuur in complexiteit, geeft helder advies en zorgt dat ruimtelijke plannen stevig staan - op papier én in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsadviseur ruimtelijke ontwikkeling werk je op het snijvlak van idee en uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat plannen niet op papier blijven staan, maar werkelijkheid worden in de gemeente. Je beweegt je soepel tussen initiatiefnemers, bestuur en collega's en brengt vaart én zorgvuldigheid in ruimtelijke processen. De Omgevingswet is voor jou geen abstract kader, maar een kompas waarmee je ontwikkelingen en de ambities van de gemeente mogelijk maakt. Concrete dossiers: - Woningbouwplannen - Nieuwbouw maatschappelijke voorzieningen, waaronder school en zwembad - Functieverandering - Meedenken in de transitieopgave van het omgevingsplan - Handhavingsdossiers - Ondersteuning van onze projectleiders bij complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken Wie zijn wij?
