In deze functie werk je op het snijvlak van beleid en uitvoering binnen de Jeugdwet en Wmo. Je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van beleid en helpt om beleidskaders te vertalen naar de praktijk. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, uitvoerende organisaties en andere betrokken partijen. Je krijgt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is het bijdragen aan pilots en verbeterinitiatieven. Je helpt deze op te zetten, werkt samen met uitvoerende partijen en evalueert de resultaten aan de hand van vooraf vastgestelde criteria. Je legt bevindingen helder en feitelijk vast en hebt daarbij oog voor kwaliteit, voortgang en consistentie. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid binnen de Jeugdwet en Wmo; - Je vertaalt beleidskaders naar praktische en uitvoerbare voorstellen; - Je werkt mee aan verschillende beleidsdossiers binnen het sociaal domein; - Je stemt af met collega's op tactisch en strategisch niveau; - Je onderhoudt contact met uitvoerende organisaties en bent een aanspreekpunt voor praktische vraagstukken; - Je signaleert knelpunten in de uitvoering en denkt mee over passende verbeteringen; - Je draagt bij aan het opzetten en evalueren van pilots en verbeterinitiatieven; - Je verzamelt en analyseert informatie en rapporteert hierover helder en zorgvuldig; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en gemaakte afspraken.
