We verschuiven van zorg naar gezondheid, van problemen oplossen naar voorkomen en van individuele ondersteuning naar sterke netwerken in buurten en wijken. Als Beleidsadviseur Sociaal Beleid met aandachtsgebied AZWA speel jij hierin een centrale rol. Je volgt landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen, verbindt bestuurlijke en financiële belangen en vertaalt afspraken naar concrete resultaten voor Breda. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en praktijk. Zo draag jij bij aan een gezond en veerkrachtig Breda en een sterke regio West-Brabant. Jouw karakter maakt Breda Breda heeft als centrum- en mandaatgemeente een belangrijke positie in de regionale samenwerking. Jij vertegenwoordigt Breda in het kernteam voor West-Brabant Oost. Daar werk je samen met het regionale programmabureau, andere gemeenten en partners uit zorg, welzijn en publieke gezondheid. Je overziet het speelveld en brengt mensen, belangen en opgaven bij elkaar. Je adviseert directie, management en bestuur over strategische keuzes, kansen en risico's. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat regionale afspraken aansluiten op wat Breda lokaal nodig heeft.
