Je neemt een ingebedde rol in met zowel doorlopende kernwerkzaamheden als zij‑aan‑zij opdrachten binnen het team. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Beleid Wmo: verantwoordelijkheid voor beleid rond begeleiding (individueel en groep), hulpmiddelen, trapliften en woningaanpassingen. - Actualiseren regelgeving: actualiseren van de verordening Wmo en de bijbehorende beleidsregels. - Beschermd wonen: mogelijk verantwoordelijk binnen de regionale samenwerking voor beschermd wonen en het vertalen van uitkomsten van de ETHOS‑telling naar beleid. - Ontmoetingsplekken en dagbesteding: uitvoering van een verkenning naar ontmoetingsplekken als alternatief voor geïndiceerde dagbesteding en het bevorderen van verschuiving naar vrij toegankelijke zorg. - Kleinschalige woonvoorzieningen: meedenken over kleinschalige woonvormen voor jeugd en Wmo. - Toegang volwassenen: meedenken over de inrichting van de toegang voor volwassenen. - Samenwerking jeugd en Wmo: verbinden op het snijvlak van Jeugdwet en Wmo, zowel in lokaal beleid als in collegiale samenwerking. Gewenste kennis en ervaring - Ervaring als beleidsadviseur met aantoonbare kennis van de Wmo. - Bij voorkeur kennis van de Jeugdwet en ervaring met het verbinden van jeugd- en volwassenenzorg in beleid. Competenties en houding - Flexibel en praktisch: bereidheid om je flexibel op te stellen en de houding 'doen wat nodig is' te tonen binnen het team. - Samenwerkingsgericht: vaardig in collegiale samenwerking en in regionale/sectorale afstemming. - Analyse en verkenning: vermogen om verkennende trajecten te starten en beleidsinz...
