Verantwoordelijkheden en doelstellingen - Het implementatieplan is geborgd in de (lijn)organisatie. - Coördinatie en voorzitterschap van de initiatieftafel. - Inbedding van de overlegstructuur voor de integrale wijkaanpak Langkamp. - Beleidsontwikkeling en actueel houden van lopende beleidszaken. - Monitoren van financiën en voortgang van relevante trajecten. Samenwerking Je werkt nauw samen met verbinders, collega's die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering van het implementatieplan en met externe partners die bijdragen aan de integrale wijkaanpak. Overige De opdracht is gericht op het inbedden van het implementatieplan; daarna wordt de functie uitgezet om binnen de vaste formatie ingevuld te worden.
